Wow. This is really amazing music.
Very beautiful. I went directly to the
web site and downloaded some examples.
I will definately be ordering the full CD.
It is interesting that Pops works in the field
of preserving culture and also combines it
ocassionally with new material.
The act of preservation is an interesting one
in relation to the Game II core wave.
People who see time in a non linear way make
sand paintings and decorate their lives. Linear
time people seem to put art on walls and play board
games as something outside of life.
McKenna talks a lot about moving forward and
rediscovering the past because maybe they are
both now. He combines the ancient and the modern.
This follow up of yours seems to throw an
amazing light on the issues at play with both
artists. For me, as an artist or beyond,
I feel the CoreWave Bead Game is also
play within the process of life. Perhaps this
has something to do with time.
Time - / - play within the process of life
(as opposed to play outside the process of life?)
??? Interesting.
Best Robert
